So I would like to know more about the last item on your list. How do you put all of that together? Is it a spoonful of almond butter, a handful of chocolate chips and a sip of wine?
The next thing I would ask is, how closely aligned is your life to that list? What steps do you need to take to get closer to it? What actions/responsibilities to take/have that move you further away from it?
